Brokers all tend to use the same database of property listings.  So, you can get to choose a broker you are comfortable with.  Browse through the various listings and choose a few that you would like to see then take them to your broker.

Urban Redevelopment Authority
The URA has a lot of useful information on that any new or seasoned property buyer should go through.

They have information about houses zoning rights, property planning, recent property sales prices, etc.

You will be able to find out what various neighborhoods are like, their property values, street plans what is around the neighborhood, etc.

Property Guru
A large source of property listings including maps and all the nearby Metro rail stations, schools, amenities, etc.  Most of the listings come with photos.

Singapore Property Exchange
A virtual marketplace that showcases all of its listing, some of the properties you can even take a virtual tour of.

This site lists rentals and sales of some of the top properties available in Singapore.  The site is kept up-to-date with new listings appearing regularly.

Straits Times
This is a newspaper that is a great source of property information and listings.
This Saturday paper is also available online with a handy searchable property database.

Move and Stay
This site is crucial for anyone having just moved or want to move to Singapore.  They offer a database of short stay listings, self-catering apartments and serviced apartments.

Great for that long business trip when you do not want to stay in a hotel or your stay is going to be a long one.
